Today , do not ask for details about planning , design and calculate effort. I will ask for details of the estimated time and how much time does it take.
My team take estimate time 48 hours to complete the project.
In the end, P’noom teach techniques “Basic Estimate”
- Expert opinion -> ask the comments from people have to done.
- Anology -> compare work to work.
- Disaggregation -> If the job is very big can to split into small pieces for can be estimated.
And finally , my team has created an agreement about coding standard , step pull and push to git . If anyone does not follow, they must delete code.
